These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of talex.co, the Talex Playground, Client Portal, Talent Portal, and related services operated by Talex Innovation Pte. Ltd. ("Talex", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our services are intended for business use by companies evaluating or engaging Talex's Evolved ODC model, and for individual engineers applying to or participating in the Private Elite Talent Pool. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our services.
Talex operates as a delivery governance partner under the Evolved ODC model: engineering talent is engaged under contract with Talex (or a licensed in-country operating partner), never directly with the client, in accordance with local employment law. Clients virtually own their team — meaning full operational control over daily work, culture, and process — while Talex retains the legal employment relationship and handles compliance, payroll, and governance.
Specific terms of any engagement (scope, pricing, ownership level, transfer conditions) are governed by a separate signed Master Services Agreement between Talex and the client, not by these Terms of Use.
Engineers who apply to join the Talent Pool agree to provide accurate information about their skills, experience, and availability. Admission is subject to Talex's assessment process. Talex reserves the right to decline or remove any applicant from the Pool at its discretion, including for accuracy, conduct, or capacity reasons.
Compensation terms for any specific engagement are agreed individually between the engineer, Talex, and the relevant client, and are not published on this website.
The Talex Playground provides a demonstration environment using representative or anonymised data and is intended to illustrate our platform's capabilities, not to represent any specific live engagement unless explicitly stated. Access to the Client Portal or Fingertips system is provided only to authorised users under a separate engagement and is subject to additional confidentiality obligations.
All content on talex.co — including text, graphics, logos, and the "Evolved ODC" name and framework — is the property of Talex Innovation Pte. Ltd. or its licensors, and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission, except as necessary to evaluate our services.
Our website and Playground are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, information on this site (including case studies, statistics, and testimonials) is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This limitation does not apply to obligations under a signed Master Services Agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise specified in a signed Master Services Agreement.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
